General:

1. PlanITROI prepares shipments only after we have confirmaiton of payment
   
2. FOB PlanITROI 88 Ford Road, Denville NJ 07834
   
3. Most shipments take 7-10 days for pick up preparation
   
4. Customers choose their shipping method:
   • PlanITROI prefers to use UPS for all small package shipments.
   • For pallet shipments we use the least expennsive carrier or customer's choice.
     Products over 100lbs will be shipped using Common Carrier truck freight.
     

International Shipments
International customers are responsible for arranging their own shipping.

Insurance
All items over $100 will be shipped without insurance unless the customer specifically requests the items to be insured. PlanITROI recommends that its customers take insurance on their products as items which are shipped without insurance are done so at the buyer's sole risk. PlanITROI will have no liability for lost or damaged packages that are sent without insurance.

Address Verification
PlanITROI will only ship items to the confirmed address for customers purchasing equipment using either credit card or PayPal. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Location Pick-up
If the purchased item requires a pallet shipment or shipping costs which exceed what the customer is willing to pay then arrangements must be made for a pick up at our Denville, New Jersey office. This will be done by appointment only. Laptops/Notebooks
Individual boxes ($5 per unit and 48 units per pallet)
5 pack boxes (120 units per pallet)
52 pack boxes (156 units per pallet)
