Description |
BigITLots' product is used, 100% functional, and has passed the OEM diagnostic testing. Cosmetically they are in good condition with normal wear and tear based on age and the use of product, but may have minor case scratches and LCD blemishes. The warranty only covers functional issues which have not been caused by misuse or tampering, and does not include cosmetic or software defects.
Laptops include: battery, AC adapter, and U.S. power-cord.
LCD monitors include: VGA cable, AC adapter, and U.S. power-cord.
Desktops include: no additional components.

Description |
BigITLots' product is used, 100% functional, and has passed PlanITROI's diagnostic testing. Cosmetically they are in average condition with more wear and tear than usual.
Case cosmetics may include, but are not limited to:
Deep, long, or numerous scratches, chips, gouges (completely through the plastic), scuffs, and wear on top covers, bottom pans, keyboard and LCD bezels, sides, and back.
LCD blemishes may include, but are not limited to:
Screen burn, "inclusions" (unidentifiable marks inside, or on the LCD), water marks (ghosting or graying), light or dark spots, unusual or significant illuminations (bright lights from any edge), darkness or dimness, and pixel issues (ranging from single pixels to multiple pixels, but no lines).

LCD monitors include: VGA cable, AC adapter, and U.S. power-cord.

BigITLots' defective products, which have been tested, but do not work. Cosmetically they have more wear and tear than usual and may have blemishes on both the case and LCD. Units may be missing or have defective components, and should be used for parts. Ask sales representative for details regarding condition prior to purchasing.
